Bodyhacks - inspired by the Lifehacker site

Last year was a tough year for me, we bought our fourth house in nine years and my second year into a new career proved to be quite challenging. As a embedded developer creating business process systems on the fly it turned out there wasn't enough hours in a workday to get critical development completed. Luckily I was able to work remotely from home but this meant I spent a lot of time on the couch and slowly the pounds crept on. Where I would have normally been quite a bit more active I ended up with a very sluggish metabolism.
